Norway to be officially informed of CFA abrogation this (03-01-08) evening

Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama will today convey to the Norwegian Ambassador in Colombo Tore Hathrem the government decision to abrogate the Cease Fire Agreement. The message will be convoyed at a meeting scheduled for this evening at the Foreign Ministry.

SLMM will be withdrawn – Solheim
Erik Solheim says that the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission will be withdrawn from the Sri Lanka once the abrogation of the CFA is officially notified.
